PRFC North Valley offers 4 coaching opportunities:
Professional Team Head Coach - paid a monthly contract fee to coach 1 or 2 teams. Coaching compensation is calculated based on experience, qualifications and tenure with the club. Professional Trainer - Provides clinics, technical training, and/or personal training (1v1/small group) sessions. Paid hourly or by contract. Volunteer Coach - supports the Head Coach with a team/s. Junior Coach - a Middle School (8th grade), high school or college age student interested in becoming a certified coach. Receives mentoring from the Director of Coaching and senior coaching staff.COACHING EDUCATION AND SAFESPORT
Please note that all coaches, Head, Assistant, Juniors and Trainers are expected to attend coaching education sessions regularly offered during the season. Additionally, Arizona Soccer Association requires all coaches to complete a background check, an online SafeSport certification and Concussion course.
